When a green box appears on your mobile tablet interface, and operations cannot be done in the normal way, you may have entered TalkBack mode by mistake. Please do not worry, you may follow the following method to solve the problem.

1. Where there is a sound prompt on the boot wizard interface, and a green box is displayed, the solution is as follows: -- Go to Boot wizard interface > Vision settings, tap Vision settings, find TalkBack, and turn it off.

2. If you have turned on Accessibility > TalkBack in the settings, you need to turn off the TalkBack mode in the settings.

Note: In the accessibility mode, you need to drag down the tablet page with two fingers. To activate a feature, you need to select the feature with one finger (a green box will appear after the selection), and double tap it to activate it.
